Once upon a time!

More than ten thousand years ago, a vast landmass stretched between the continents of America and Europe, which was destroyed by a terrible natural catastrophe. Where the waters of the Atlantic Ocean now sing their eternal song of the rise and fall of all earthly things to a humanity endlessly striving for mastery over nature, a magnificent culture lies buried in the depths of this world sea.

Atlantis, the legendary great empire of a gray antiquity far superior to us in every respect, awaits the hour of its emergence from the waters of the underworld. For truly—a self-created hell once swallowed the proud children of this ancient world, when they presumptuously and godlessly dared to misuse the "Life Force" that had been placed in their hands by the Spirit of the Universe! From those long-forgotten times, Lady Saga whispers the tale of the fall of the Atlanteans into the ears of the sober inhabitants of today's Earth and passes down the secret teachings to the "knowers" about the wonders of the abilities of those godlike sons who sinned.

So hear then the story of the destruction of a colossal cultural center that was once the motherland of countless generations in bountiful abundance! In the struggle for existence—in sorrow and joy!

The Atlanteans had completely conquered all of nature. Seers had succeeded in penetrating the last mysteries of the effective life forces. In their ever deeper penetration and understanding of the cosmic connections of "Being," they finally advanced to the "All-Power of the Natural Forces" and were able to technically exploit this primordial force—the Vril! The secret teachings convey to us modern real-men the essence of Vril as the power that was derived from the seed.

This is of course only to be understood as a metaphorical description of the true situation! Adapted to the state of our present knowledge, we would have to refer to this all-power as the "Life" creating primordial or vital electricity! Vril was therefore a "magical" energy, not comparable to the purely physical forces currently serving us in technology. The Atlanteans were psycho-physical dynamic technicians and not mechanical machinists like us. Their responsibility for the effects of the "Life Energy" was immensely great, particularly in ethical and moral respects. They were aware of this for millennia, during which they lived as happily and contentedly as possible under the leadership of their magical priest-kingdom.

Nature was completely subjugated to them.

As long as they faithfully served the "All-Mother Nature" and led a moral life founded on the constant readiness to support the entire people—as long as they upheld moral dignity and comprehensive love above all—the Vril-force served them as an endlessly blessing, never-exhausting, creative universal energy. The children of Atlantis had a "home" on Earth that was a paradise;—until they forgot their dignity and put the primordial force into the service of mutual destruction. Then hell broke loose upon them!

The Vril shook the very foundations of the entire continent and might have shattered the globe if divine providence had not decreed otherwise. Thus "Atlantis" sank, and the world sea poured into the depths that had been created.

Destroyed by their own hatred, the entire creation that had sinned against the Universal Spirit plunged into the maw of death, and the waves of the Atlantic Ocean roar over the sites of horror with their eternal storm song of "Die and Become."

Once upon a time!

We, the people of the present, stand in awe before the gigantic structures of ancient Egypt and Mexico. The pyramids amaze our technicians, and it seems incomprehensible how the creators of these enormous cult buildings managed to pile the house-high blocks layer upon layer to those overwhelming heights. The blocks, consisting of hard primordial rock, are fitted together so seamlessly without the use of any binding material (mortar) that one can barely insert a fine knife blade into the gaps. Even with our advanced technology, it would be difficult for us today to master this construction work mechanically. The same can be observed in the imposing cult buildings of the Mayas and Toltecs in Central America. Time and again, this gigantic achievement of the ancient peoples prompts us to reflect, and we cannot reconcile ourselves to the idea that these prehistoric people erected their colossal landmarks, as they still stand before us in temple buildings, tombs, and the like, without special technical aids.

The assumption seems absurd to us that only simple levers and possibly even pulleys were used in the construction of the pyramids when we consider the weight of the building blocks. Human strength alone could not have been at work here. The question now arises as to what kind of energy source was at the service of these master builders. Based on the findings of modern historical research, we must regard the Egyptians and ancient Mexicans as the guardians of the most ancient knowledge, which they had drawn from the Atlantean prehistory. The priest-magicians of those ancient cultures apparently still managed to master the Vril technically and guarded its secret as descendants of the sunken Atlanteans.

After these clarifications, there should no longer be any doubt that the ancient Egyptians, the Mayas, Incas, and Toltecs in Central America possessed gigantic forces to transport massive stones, even entire rocks, from afar and to pile them up in their cult buildings. Captain Campbell Bosloy undertook an expedition through Peru in 1913 and found there—just to mention one example—a stone that weighed around 3,000 tons and had evidently been brought from a great distance. This stone was carefully worked, carved, and shaped, clearly indicating that technical facilities must have existed for its processing that far surpassed the performance of our modern stone saws. There is no need to say more at this point! There is extensive literature on this subject, from which more details can be gathered. We refer to Scott-Elliot, whose writing "Atlantis" provides further data. Additionally, Karl Wachtelborn and Karl Georg Zschaetzsch wrote two books with the same title. Finally, we particularly refer to the well-known scholar Herman Wirth-Marburg, who has made outstanding contributions to Atlantis research.

And once again, a time cycle of ten thousand years has come full circle! The secrets of the bygone Atlantean period await their unveiling. The floor of the Atlantic Ocean has begun to rise slowly in many places, as has been unequivocally confirmed by deep-sea research. At the beginning of the year 1930, a report from London circulated through the daily press, which we would like to quote here verbatim:

"Ancient city ruins on an island that has emerged from the ocean!” - London, December 28, 1929.

According to a report from New York, three torpedo boat destroyers dispatched by the U.S. Navy Department have confirmed the rumor that a new island has emerged due to seaquakes near the island of New Providence, which is part of the Bahama group. On the island, which is not listed on any nautical chart, there are ruins of an ancient city that must have had a large number of inhabitants and likely existed before the discovery of America. A scientific expedition is now being prepared to investigate these ruins."

It should be noted:

These Bahama Islands are located off the coast of the Florida peninsula—in the region of the Gulf of Mexico. According to ancient esoteric traditions, we are therefore looking at newly elevated land (highland!) of the sunken Atlantis. The Canary Islands must also be regarded as mountain peaks of the submerged continent. The coming years will undoubtedly confront humanity with the reality of new elevations. It remains to be seen what new knowledge science will uncover in these uplifted areas. In any case, it should already be noted that the island mentioned in the newspaper report contains a cultural site that must have existed long before the discovery of America. Perhaps it even dates back to the Atlantean primordial times. However, we should not get ahead of the research here. It has already been said that we apparently have much more extensive elevations to expect, which are likely to astonish the world greatly.

A new cultural cycle is about to begin!

Achievements of the human spirit from gray antiquity are to become the common property of the present once again. The Vril force has been rediscovered, the emerald tablets of the great Hermes Trismegistus shine in the green-blue light of the dawning morning of Uranian mastery of nature, and consequently, an attempt will be made to awaken the interest of the masses in the cosmic universal energy.

The dynamic technology of the Atlanteans awaits its integration into the German national whole!

World Dynamism

The currently widely circulated news that a small group of knowledgeable and inquisitive people have supposedly succeeded in solving a problem that appears capable of paving the way for a happier era, both socially and ethically, prompts us to address this epoch-making matter in the German public sphere. To begin with, it should be noted that the entire complex of questions must initially be approached from a purely spiritual-scientific standpoint, as we unfortunately lack almost all empirical foundations for the problem in question at this time. It is therefore important to note that empirical physics and its representatives are unfortunately not well-suited to assess the validity and feasibility of our completely new ideas. This should not be taken as an attack on the very serious and recognized science of physics. However, since this is a novelty that lacks almost any empirical foundation, physics must take a dismissive or at least cautiously awaiting stance on this matter.

We will now proceed to illuminate the problem of the utilization and application of so-called "Vital Energy" from a purely spiritual-scientific standpoint. Let us begin with the ancient religious concepts and esotericism of the ancient Indian cultural circle!

In the Vedanta teachings, the Upanishads—the sacred books of the ancient Indians—we find a source of the oldest human wisdom. Let us first consider the dualism of the eternally destructive and creative world principle in ancient Indian religious thought: Shiva, the all-dissolving, dispersing space, and Vishnu, the loving, merciful, ever-binding principle of creation and constant will to build!*) In Shiva, we see the timeless, free radiation of an indifferent primordial force, which is the already mentioned vital energy. This radiation is the primordial basis of life, for life is only made possible through constant movement. The radiation center is to be sought everywhere and nowhere, for space is merely to be understood as an effect of the principle of Shiva. The causative principle of Shiva must always be understood as existing outside, or rather: free from the caused space, as a pure spirit force without space. Wherever any resistance is placed against the free radiation, a relative radiation center immediately forms. Thus, an absolute radiation center of Shiva cannot be assumed anywhere. The inherently free radiation of Shiva only becomes apparent as vital energy, and can therefore only be empirically grasped and utilized when a braking resistance—a moment of friction—appears somewhere or somehow.

This braking resistance arises in the binding principle of Vishnu.

From the dynamic point of view, Vishnu thus becomes the creative motive of construction; from the ethical standpoint, we must equate him with the primordial principle of binding "Universal Love." We have originally represented these conflicting and yet necessarily wonderfully complementary two primal motives of world creation in the cross symbol. The vertically reinforcing longitudinal "beam" represents timeless free radiation—Shiva! The horizontal crossbeam, "limitation," and thus the manifestation of the creative, constructive love motive of Vishnu!

The creative comes into existence at the center—the intersection of the two beams. It is there that the previously mentioned "braking resistance" is found, which first transforms the inherently indifferent space radiation "Shiva" into an effective, creatively constructive force—indeed, makes it a reality! (Indifference in all energetic references such as magnets, etc.!)

In this way, a relative radiation center is then born. Thus, the simple cross symbol simultaneously becomes the sign of constant positive construction! "Freely radiating" and "binding," "unlimited" and "limited," "timeless non-residing" and "residing—temporal," the world phenomenon always "desiring dissolution" and the world of appearance always "creatively binding"—indeed: Shiva and Vishnu form the creative force unit! The world only becomes positive through the love-binding of Vishnu.

We will now attempt to clarify the dynamism of the material world. In the ancient Indian Vedic teachings, we are told of an inherently free, constantly radiating "pranic primordial force." "Prana" is therefore, from a purely dynamic standpoint, equated with the religious symbol of Shiva. What the religious concept of the ancient Indians makes understandable in the interpretation we have already given is illuminated from a metaphysical dynamic standpoint in the esotericism of the Vedas, the Upanishads.

And this "Prana" is precisely a primordial force, indeed the primordial force itself, with which the empirically grounded school and experiential physics have nothing proper to do. It lacks all experiential facts, which can only be unlocked purely through spiritual science!

Empirical science has already struggled its way to atomic physics! For the time being, empiricism cannot go any further. Today, we already know that all "matter" that has manifested itself does not actually exist in its own right! Force vibrations and force fields around us shape the purely sensory world image of matter. When we perceive "matter," we must first realize that this perception is conditioned by the "binding" of a counteracting fundamental force. Positive and negative bindings (anions and cations) as the two components of that primordial force vibrate in orderly fundamental relationships at approximately the speed of light.

They can thus be equated with light in terms of vibration rhythm. Speculative physics even speaks of "congealed light" and envisions the material world as a strictly lawfully ordered "experience of light" that manifests itself!

Free radiation, "Shiva-Prana," bound according to the creative laws of Vishnu, shapes the material world of appearances! However, the intuitively working ancient Indians went a bit further than our scientific empirical physicists. Prana, free radiation, was for them the inherently indifferent primordial force of the entire world of appearances. Here we also have the Vril of the Atlanteans in mind!

According to Indian knowledge, the world of atoms known to our modern physicists of relativity is based on a primary world of "primordial atoms." This is already suspected by contemporary physicists. For now, we know almost nothing about the nature of the so-called atomic nuclei (protons) around which the bound electrons vibrate, or rather, tension themselves. These primordial atoms are the indifferent radiation centers—"Shiva"—in primary force-space binding—"Vishnu"—and in the symbol negative-active, thus absolutely creative ⦵, with a pulling and tensioning function! Our atom, which shapes the material world, is, however, positively-negatively charged in its structure! In Bohr's atomic model, we see, according to the intuitive insight of the researcher, that he represents the electron oscillations as being tensioned by a coiled spring, striving outward. Not attraction force (gravity!), but extension (reinforcement) is the basis of material creation, even in its atomic units. Shiva here as well! And Shiva-Prana is bound by Vishnu's creative love. The primordial problem of creation itself! Prana, the absolute, free force, the foundation of the creation dynamism, has not yet been found by empirical physics. This Prana, the Vril, the primordial force, equated with space force, already illuminates the intuitive minds of many physicists. The pranic radiation dynamism is now to be illuminated from the standpoint of a possibly soon-to-occur practical application.

Humanity must gradually spiritualize and draw closer to the symbol of the creatively free-radiating, loving godly unity of Shiva-Vishnu. To do this, we must first look back to the gray primordial times of human development, from which we unfortunately have no historical traditions. Here, once again, only esoteric science can guide us along impassable intellectual paths! This knowledge is a vision, it grasps world events intuitively, not intellectually! We can then subject the results of the "knowing-visionaries" to a review in the secret teachings.

There are various reports that in primeval times, the reasoned beings on Earth had profound insights into the laws of nature and were able to master nature in ways completely different from us, the present "crowns of creation." However, these primeval beings were not intellectual humans but seers! Lemuria, the lost Atlantis—these are such legendary cultural centers. It is said that the mastery of nature by the humanity living there reached a fantastical level. We are told that the Atlanteans mastered the Vril force and thereby made themselves completely independent of the laws of nature that bind us. In our eyes, they are all-powerful gods! However, it is also reported that one day they selfishly misused this force and put it in the service of human destruction, leading them ultimately to self-destruction.

An omen for our time as well!

But what was that ominous Vril force of the Atlanteans other than the space force that is now becoming relevant in our cultural development? And here we will delve deeper into the scientific side of our problem and—as far as possible, based on the grounds of physical experiential facts—develop the concept of space force.

Mechanotechnology and Bio-Dynamics

Modern machine technology today is mechanistically based. Let's try to clarify this a little.

We have power machines that only react to mechanical impact or pressure forces. Either the pure impact and pressure force is directly converted into rotation, as in water turbines and wind engines, or some kind of fuel is first transformed into another state of matter, as in steam engines and internal combustion engines. In the former case, a lot of energy is lost during energy utilization without molecular dissociation, whereas in the latter case, more energy is released through the dissociation of molecular structures. This released binding force (cohesive force) is again purely mechanically converted into rotational motion. To generate electricity, we again require mechanical rotation in a dynamo. Thus, in our current technology, energy utilization involves only the release of molecular forces in the form of molecular relaxation (dissociation). However, this differs from the dynamism knocking at the doors of our future and the dynamic technology to be based on it.

Here, we must first fundamentally clarify the following.

The apparent matter of our experiential world is built on a trinity. Electron forces shape atomic structures, atomic structures form molecular associations, and these, in turn, create the specific material of the world of appearances. So: atom, molecule, substance! Current technology uses only the substance or the released molecular force for energy generation and converts the released energy mechanically into rotation. The atom holds the secret of dynamism and dynamic technology. Now let's attempt to further clarify the nature of dynamic atomic structure.

The atom is, as previously explained, a primordial force field of tension. Let us remain at the molecular level of matter for now and see how energy release, and thus force effects, can occur here!

If we change the state of matter, for example, by transforming "water-liquid" into "steam-gaseous," a relaxation occurs due to the overstrain of molecular bonds, and energy is released. Here, energy is thus generated by relaxing a material molecular structure. If we chemically relax the molecular bonds of carbon (combustion!), energy is released in the form of heat, and so on. However, this state of tension of a substance can also be artificially generated through overstrain, i.e., overpressure, for the purpose of energy recovery. If air is compressed under overpressure (Linde process!), it first becomes liquid and then even solid. When the artificial overpressure is released, this compressed air is exposed again to normal environmental tension, and it changes back from a solid to a liquid and then to a gaseous state. At the transition boundaries, energy is again released as the molecular structure relaxes.

Thus, all gases—carbon dioxide, etc.—can be artificially overstrained, compressed, and then relaxed to release force. However, every substance is already set to a certain tension in its molecular bonds. If the molecular structure is too loosened, the solid state of a substance may transition into a gaseous state, and the perceptible form of the specific substance disappears. We see that all technology essentially works only with the benefit of different tension adjustments.

And here begins the problem of problems with the utilization of space force—pure dynamism!

When the world condensed from the indifferent radiation pressure "Shiva" and the creative love-binding "Vishnu" into the primordial forms of the atoms of our specific elements—and the material world image was shaped by the differentiation of various vibrational and binding relationships (Logos-aggregation!)—each element-atom received its imprint under very specific force tension and pressure conditions. Thus, in the hydrogen, helium, and radium atoms, the tension ratio of the bound electrons is precisely defined and adapted to the respective environmental pressure conditions in those distant days of creation. Through the various states of aggregation, the material world then slowly emerged over time.

However, it is now happening that our matter (the Earth) seems to be entering into increasing environmental pressure conditions (tensions!), because elements commonly referred to as radioactive begin to spontaneously decay into the pranic primordial force under this increasing environmental overpressure (overstrain!). Here, one could figuratively speak of an "aging" of matter. Matter's death occurs, the bound primordial force is released, thus becoming radiant, which must also be interpreted as a transformation to higher levels of force, just as the physical death of the bound material human being also only signifies the release of the spiritual human into a freer spiritual life.

If we imagine this increase in environmental pressure extending to the older elements of matter, we can mentally picture the grand image of a radiant creation. Fundamentally, we must adopt the thinking that the oldest elements were condensed under the highest environmental pressure (tension) and, therefore, in their atomic structure of protons, exhibit the smallest electron tensions (atomic weights—as suction, or cohesion of the proton vacuums!). The problem of radiating matter, as we can empirically observe in radioactive substances, gives us entirely new insights.

The future science is currently dealing with the idea of splitting atomic bonds to release electron energies in this way. Dynamism is also on the march here. To enable the splitting of an atom, immense energies would have to be available to technology, as— as already noted several times—electron tensions are bound to the atomic nucleus with nearly the speed of light (light force). This path thus appears only theoretically feasible for now, as humanity does not possess the necessary colossal electrical charges. It is also completely out of the question that atomic energies could be practically and beneficially utilized in technology. Should our technicians nevertheless succeed in harnessing the enormous charging energies to stimulate magnetic fields through electro-induction (Gauss charging!) to the point of splitting material atoms, the benefit would be zero, and the released electron forces would only cause unimaginable destruction.

The second way to release atomic energies, by addressing the problem not energetically (through overstrain of magnetic fields) but statically—by purposefully under-straining the proton vacuums—currently seems impractical to our physicists. And yet, this is the only way to see the possibility of making primordial force usefully applicable.

And again, it is spiritual science that points us to the greatest teacher of all time, nature itself. Why work with explosive light energies when nature teaches us that a simple change in the environmental pressure of matter yields positive results? (See the energetic behavior of radioactive substances!) Not overstrain of atomic structures (overpressure) but rather a change in the environmental pressure of substances and the resulting under-strain of the proton vacuums (the breaking of energetic indifference in the vacuum) is the slogan of the dawning dynamism. The atomic decay of radioactive elements shows us the new path!

Now, let us ask ourselves how such a change in environmental pressure could be practically achieved! First and foremost, if we create natural conditions, we arrive at incorporating a relative space vacuum, a matter-free cavity, into the power aggregates of dynamic technology. An absolute vacuum is not conceivable because every matter-free empty space must be imagined as energy-filled (tensioned). Free radiation "Shiva" penetrates every vacuum; therefore, we can only speak of an absolute empty space in material terms. Now we come to the concept formation of our dynamic spherical cell, which can be called an "artificial Earth." Our Mother Earth is, in fact, such a space force aggregate on a large scale. If we imagine the Earth placed into the force vacuum of outer space, we have before us the model of a space force machine!

Space is filled with indifferent free radiation (negative activity). Pranic force radiation floods in and wants to be braced and bound again. At the boundaries of our material Earth (including its atmosphere!), we practically have the environmental pressure change. There, the atomic structure of the oldest and lightest of all elements, hydrogen and helium, is constantly being released, as the relative space vacuum as environmental pressure no longer balances the electron tensions of all elements, and primordial force units become freely radiating.

Hörbiger's world ice theory speaks of the "heating" of the sun by "ice" (hydrogen in energetic form!), so it can be said that the sun is the host, whose guests (the planets and moons of the solar system) pay their bill in the form of hydrogen (world ice) (entropy). From the space vacuum, the Earth is constantly enriched with cosmic energies (solar radiation, electromagnetic waves!). In the atomic-dissociated negatively active indifference zone of the world vacuum, space force is newly born as world and specific Earth force with different transformations (entropy) and flows back to Earth's south pole (cathode) as the universal energy already familiar to us, "vital electricity" (equivalent to light). The dissociated radiating negatively active ions (cations) of hydrogen become new force centers as factors of indifferent free space radiation—symbolically paired into negative force spheroids ⦵. (Shiva-Vishnu!)—and thus primordial atoms, negative activity, are constantly regenerated.

The "dynamic perpetual motion machine"—mechanically, it was unfortunately not possible! Thus, the universal all-force through radiation (tension) and binding (suction) remains always absolutely negatively active ⦵ and creates the material worlds. The negative force pole (negative activity) as the tensioning electron in the bipolar binding of matter is only apparently present in the "atomic binding" as a secondary material building block and must merely be addressed as a supplementary dynamic over-tensioning of the suctioning primordial atom vacuum (atomic nucleus). The primordial all-force is always radiantly effective in its negative activity (Shiva). We must expect a constant loosening of the atomic structures of all elements shaping our apparent material world, which seems to be caused by the environmental pressures that vary over long periods of time, set and created by the creative duality of God. Therefore, those elements that physics refers to as radioactive decay into free primordial force. "As above—so below!" The great initiate Hermes Trismegistus is timelessly right.

There is an environmental pressure change; matter dissolves into its specific elements and becomes force-active—radiant! Thus, our apparent material world will likely become more and more etheric in substance. In the end, everything transforms into radiant force, and the material world is then redeemed.

The Dynamo-Technical Primordial Force Elements

Now we come to the explanation of the power aggregates of dynamic technology!

"A small Earth"—this has already been suggested by us!—How could this problem be solved technically?—Analogous to the above!

Let us create a relative vacuum below! According to our knowledge, a hollow sphere made void of matter (Magdeburg hemispheres!) is not pressed together by the load of air pressure, which actually acts as tension, but rather, the function of the vacuum pulls the two fitted halves of the sphere together—in other words: every vacuum exerts a suction effect on its material boundary! We then speak of the cohesion force. This is apparently difficult to understand, but nevertheless relatively correct! And here we return once again to the mystery of the atomic nucleus!

The Greek philosopher Democritus, in his deep understanding of existing natural relationships, recognized the essence of every energetic foundation in its primordial form, the atom, completely correctly many hundreds of years ago. The word "atom" describes the concept of an "intrinsic entity." Democritus says:

"Everything comes only from existing beginnings, and the beginning in matter is an atom (intrinsic entity). This A-T-O-M is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and end of the material world and bound primordial force (condensed electricity). An atom is a 'dense entity,' whose space is empty, and this entity must be designated as the dictator over all forces in space!"

In the proton (atomic nucleus), we thus see before us a vital-electrically charged force field, which functions absolutely as a suction relative to the negative electron sheath (the atmosphere of the atom). This is the concentrically acting force component of the universal primordial force, as it again appears before us in its material mass manifestation as gravity (gravitation). The negative electron sheath represents the extensively directed force component (centrifugal force)! It has the tendency to radiate (vital energy) and symbolizes for us the concept of negative activity. These two force components—concentration and extension—are in a well-balanced dynamic equilibrium, enabling the binding of this force duality into the material pseudo-physics. We must see in the material atom a projection of macrocosmic conditions.

The macrocosmic vacuum functions, as already mentioned several times, negatively actively—relative to material conglomerations (planets, suns)—with a suction effect—seeking dissolution! In the macrocosmic vacuole, the exterior of the atom (negative activity, electron tension!) is therefore inside. Here we refer to the previous discussions in the chapter "World Dynamism" on the problem of Shiva-Vishnu. If Vishnu settles in limiting force centers, then a microcosm is materially (energetically) born into the macrocosmic force world! In the macro-vacuole, the material bipolarity with its binding function "negative-positive" is not present, and yet we can also see the functioning force double component—pull ⨁ (concentration—binding: Vishnu) and tension ⦵ (pressure—extension—radiation: Shiva) at work here. In terms of space energy (space force), the apolar (tensioning) striving of the creative primordial force, which is only vitally radiating (Shiva), always prevails in world dynamics. However, in terms of material force (force field), world dynamics works in a bipolar function (Vishnu), energy-binding, thus creating pseudo-matter. The negative activity in the fundamental units of matter (atmospheric sheath) is always the primary factor that enables every physical expression of life. Without atmosphere (negative activities), a physical existence is not conceivable.

The atom has its negative activity, as does the biological cell as the fundamental unit of life. In the Earth globe, it appears before us in the form of the atmosphere. In the solar system, we must think of it as bounded by the outermost planet; in a central solar system, it encompasses all associated solar systems, and so on, until we finally see the entire universe energetically "negatively active," working vitally and creatively. At this point, the universe appears to us as a living, creative unity, breathing back through all specific atmospheres.

In the breast of the "energetic all-god," the entire creation rests. This macrocosm breathes within itself; its atmosphere lies in the space, with which it is identical. It has no "negative activity"—but represents the cause (the essence!) of this creative principle. The microcosmic material creation units (atoms, cells, cell states, planets, solar systems, central solar systems, etc.) breathe through the creative macrocosm. We thus have the inversion process clearly before our eyes. Only through this arrangement of highest wisdom has physical life been made possible. The acting forces—attraction—extension—in the force field are thus completely identical, and in the bipolarity of matter, there is, according to our conceptions, actually only a quasi (equivalent) double polarity. This is the secret of the material world, of the bound, inherently unified, creative-divine world force altogether!

Numerically Expressed: 1 is 2 and 2 is indeed only 1!

Perhaps, after the previous explanations, this deepest mystery has now become a bit more understandable to the reader. Shiva is Vishnu, and Vishnu is Shiva. Here, dualistic monism, the foundation of all magic, has been subjected to a dynamic explanation. This dualistic monism manifests itself in the world's physics as the ultimate mystery of the Trinity. Matter encapsulates the mystery of the divine creative triad. 1 is 2-3, and 3-2 is 1! The dual function of energy is only ensured in a trinitarian way. Every dual polarity (2-3) has an indifference (1) as an indispensable prerequisite. This indifference is always the tipping point of dynamic world harmony. Here lies the essence, the creative nature of the "force-deity"! From the indifferent zones of all energy units flow the creative impulses of our primordial force. Every magnetic field, with its force lines, preaches this deep mystery. The peripheral outer poles are always force-active. The causative principle rests in the indifferent center. There, Vishnu has taken his creative seat (Cross Symbol!). This can be verified on any bar magnet: (+) 2-⦶-3 (—)

To comprehend the essence of the primordial force, we would also need to succeed in imparting negative activity to the indifferent central zone of material energy aggregation. Here, Hermes Trismegistus is again relevant: "As above, so below!" Our "energetic God" is just as fully present in his microcosmic units as in the macrocosmic world relation! Matter is concentrated world energy of immense tension (condensed vital electricity—congealed light). According to the latest research in the physics of relativity, one kilogram of this energy substance represents no less than 90,000 trillion meter/kilograms of energy (Energy = Mass x Speed of Light squared)!

We speak of the omnipresence of the gravitational constant, even in the microcosmic building blocks of matter, atoms, and cells. Therefore, if technology manages to make the indifferent zones of matter energy-active by "differentiating the indifference," it has advanced to the gravitational constant and is capable of working with psycho-physical energies—that is, to be vitally and creatively active! The principle of entropy (the second law of thermodynamics), which can be read in every physics textbook, states: "Entropy (physical energy degradation—heat death) has the property of deterministically leading to final temperature equalization in irreversible cyclic processes, since 'heat' can never flow from a colder to a warmer place (the physical component of the primordial force)!"

Our science provisionally assumes only an entropy of energies that continuously worsen in a cycle of different transformations, eventually leading to the "death of energy." This entropy effect, which continuously worsens every energy, has a certain magnitude, which is constant, always equally degrading, thought to move from the heat pole to the cold pole. In every energetic transformation process (e.g., radium decay!), this energy shift occurs, and we must logically conclude that at some point, the final death of matter will occur. The "God-Nature" (Psycho-Physics) works exclusively in reversible double-cycle processes, and in this way, it generates vital energy that becomes effective in creating life and culture in the form of ectropy, thus possessing "vital growth functions" (the psychic component of the primordial force!). In this way, entropy is creatively reborn as ectropy, ensuring the material world as a psycho-physical "perpetual motion machine" timelessly!

"Primordial force life" created a material world;—material death brings forth force life, force life again establishes itself vitally and creatively (Vishnu!) as indifference and gives rise to new energy aggregations, which again lead to material death through entropy, only to become ectropically vital-energetically creative—in the endless course of time!

The Dynamo-Technical Primordial Force Elements

Through the differentiation of material indifference, we arrive at making ectropic energy, like nature, practically usable in the service of dynamic technology. Dynamic technology created a magnetic aggregate, consisting of a spherical (ball-shaped) magnet with a bar magnet built into this sphere. The bar magnet fixes the North-South pole of the spherical magnet. As mentioned, the magnetic sphere is hollow inside. If the built-in bar magnet is cut out in its indifference zone (the middle of the bar magnet in the equator zone of the hollow spherical magnet), we now essentially get two bar magnets within the spherical hollow space. A bar magnet's south pole is opposed to the peripheral sphere's north pole at the sphere's center, and a bar magnet's north pole is opposed to the peripheral sphere's south pole. This effectively solves the problem of differentiating magnetic indifference (material indifference)!

If this sphere is now made into a vacuum, i.e., made void of matter, and equipped with an electrical capacitor (voltage), which is grounded with a specific element to close the circuit between the opposing electrical potentials in the sphere's center between the two magnetic bar poles, then we only need an electro-vital filler substance that ensures the closure effect of this circuit in the sphere's center. The sphere's charge is thus activated when a specific excitation impulse floods the peripheral magnetic sphere poles from the outside.

The vital closure conductor (filler substance!), as a specific resistor (Ohm), is built into the hollowed-out central bar magnet poles and works analogously to the coherer (binder) of our radio transmission technology! When this filler is closed by the aforementioned specific, radio-technically transmitted short-wave magnetic impulse, the electrical voltages (volts!) are activated and can be technically tapped from the sphere's center in a constant amperage flow to drive specific motors, generate light, produce heating effects, and, in short, electrify the entire economy.

The initial charging voltage of these dynamic elements remains guaranteed in its volts indefinitely, as the tapped consumption energy (amperage flow) is constantly replenished from the Earth's force field (see grounding!). Practically speaking, such an element continuously delivers the charged energy (resulting from "volts" through Ohm, see Ohm's law), and if we have electrically indicated ten horsepower of work output, then these 10 horsepower can always be drawn from the aggregate.

The specific magnetic excitation impulse of the dynamic spherical cells is delivered by the primordial machine, which needs only to exist once on Earth (analogous to the Nauen transmitter!), and it radio-transmits to keep all spherical elements at the initially charged work output. The construction of the primordial machine will not be further elaborated here; it will only be noted that it consists of seven similarly built spherical elements, five of which rotate around a sixth fixed central sphere, and during this rotation, a seventh dynamic spherical cell, located outside the rotating ring of spheres, emits specific magnetic rays that concentrate on the central sphere. If this sphere is overloaded, it then transmits the aforementioned specific magnetic shortwaves, which peripherally stimulate all work elements to energy output. The two fixed spherical cells as anode and cathode poles of the primordial machine are unequally grounded with their electrical charges.

The number of dynamic work cells is unlimited and can reach into the millions; the ectropically technically usable vital electricity is always drawn from the secondary circuit on Earth. However, our specific magnetic transmission technology requires the creation of amplification systems that, based on current experiences, have a range of 10 km in circumference (5 km radial transmission), within which all work elements can be addressed. Perhaps this range can still be increased, but for the moment, these amplifiers must be considered, and they are merely larger dimensioned dynamic elements built in complete analogy.

If the vital closure conductor in the spherical cells, which are all uniformly constructed in our dynamo-technology, is closed, then an alchemical process takes place in the spherical vacuums, which cannot be further described here, as these insights are not generally accessible. It is only said here that through our three preconditions created: "technical utilization of the vacuum function, differentiation of indifference, vital closure conductor," a biogenetically functioning dynamic aggregate was built, capable of delivering vital-electric, ectropic energy. In the countless spheres, the primordial light, referred to in esoteric science as "hermetic fire," flares up when the specific magnetic impulse from the primordial machine begins to work, and current flow is established. In this way, we close the above and below of dynamic creation into a unified world element in our dynamic cells, with the macroscopic and microscopic, free-energy (space force) and material force (force field) components being equivalent to two vital-electric potentials, which are closed by an artificially generated lightning (hermetic fire!). This "lightning" (see also ball lightning) is generated by the vital binder; it heats the spherical vacuum, and since this vacuum within spherical magnets is essentially a magnetic vacuum, it can also be referred to as "glowing magnetism." These terms only describe a purely energetic state that appears to us technically in the form of an energetic voltage, which seems dependent on the charging of the spherical element.

This voltage automatically reacts to each relative energy withdrawal from the aggregate and represents the "tipping point" of the dynamic-technical balance within our spherical elements! It should also be noted here that our Earth is built exactly like the spherical cell and that the Earth's interior is also in an energetic state, which we have described as "glowing magnetism." Our dynamic cells gain their own atmosphere at the moment of activation, which is layered around the magnetic sphere and has the vital function we have already described in detail. These work elements provide humanity with psycho-physical universal energy. They are biotechnical aggregates that work with vital energy and are also psychically effective apparatuses. Thus, we are essentially dealing with magical creations that generate the Vril of the Atlanteans. Misuse of the acquired power is impossible as long as the "primordial machine" is in responsible hands, for without the impulse from the primordial machine, no cell can perform work. The secret of the vital binder and our specific capacitors with their filler substance, which we have termed "electret mass," cannot be unraveled because, in the event of a possible violent breach of the spheres, this assembly automatically destroys itself completely.

The Psycho-Physical World "Perpetual Motion Machine"

The force striving of all atomic structures in their force units, the ions and electrons, is directed both extensively and attractively. This has already been extensively explained by us. All matter seeks to dissipate itself in space. The binding force is only ensured by "Vishnu," the life preserver, who, in conjunction with "Shiva," the radiating one, as an identity—enables the physical illusionary world.

When a specific vacuum is created in the material world, the surrounding shell (atmosphere) can never exert pressure, as its force striving is directed extensively as tensile force. However, this relative material vacuum is always absolutely negatively active (Shiva) charged. Every vacuum possesses an energetic shell. This consists of atomic structures. Outside the energy shell lies the atomic structure of the surrounding matter. Now, in the matter-free vacuum charged with absolute radiation force, vital-electric bonding and induction phenomena occur in such a way that the suction component of the vacuum, seemingly acting positively, tries to dissolve the atomic structures of the surrounding matter into the negative electrons, thereby drawing them in, or at least binding them. Thus, every vacuum functions concentrically—and the vacuum force acts primarily attractively as "cohesive force," causing gravity in the material substance!

If the vacuum force field's suction changes relative to its surrounding sheath, which appears everywhere in the form of specific atmospheres as "negative activity," a moment will come when the balancing scale of this negative active tension—whether referred to as electron tension or as the Earth's magnetostatic tension field (atmosphere)—no longer holds. Then, the energy acting in the material substance must be released due to unilateral over-tension, space force becomes free, and the atomic structure disintegrates (radioactivity!). This results in a continuous, powerful, cosmic energy stream.

The problem of specific material vacuoles is seen in the structure of the universe, in the atomic structure of all elements, practically active everywhere. The mysterious atomic nucleus, whose fundamental nature has not yet been recognized by empirical physicists, is, as already extensively reasoned, just such an empty space. Atoms are always constructed from the purely metaphysical, energetic primordial atoms (approximately: ions!) of Indian esoteric teachings. Thus, the universal fundamental force of all world dynamism, Shiva-Vishnu, in primordial binding, encompassing "universal love-binding, free radiation"—as the fundamental unit of material creation everywhere!

These primordial atoms, symbolizing negative activity ⦵, always act apolarly and are already fundamentally an energetic binding unit. They first shape a purely etheric world and eventually bring forth the physical world known to us in ever-increasing energy density. However, the preserving principle Vishnu had already bound itself in the fluid state as a creative primordial unity with its freely radiating complement Shiva in space and is thus the primordial law of the dynamic world.

We have already noted that the basic units, the primordial atoms, always appear to be like-charged, thus repelling each other according to the fundamental law of apolarity! Therefore, in space, they are not to be thought of as force-extensive, and thus not radiating. They become attractive only through the aforementioned inversion, by their counter-polarity being projected outward! The summation of all energetic primordial vacuoles, which appear to us in atomic structure metaphorically as "ions," shapes the concept of "matter-free space"!

In this way, the vacuolar space is indeed matter-free, but eternally energy-filled. This world force is, as often mentioned, to be thought of as completely indifferent, i.e., freely radiating. The superordinate atom of our atomic physicists, if we imagine the energetic primordial atom as the fundamental force of world dynamism, is a dynamic unit placed in higher binding. The atomic nucleus is a vacuolar force field, charged with primordial atoms, thus representing the creative radiation-binding concept of world dynamism. It is as a relative microvacuole identical to the relative macro-vacuole of world empty space and acts as such absolutely binding, thus drawing in! Symbolically, it is to be represented as a closed circle with a central cross placement: ⨁. In matter, every relative vacuum acts, as already often explained, as pure cohesive force, causing material gravity, attraction.

In the physical atom, we see "quasi-negative" energetic units bound by "quasi-positive" atomic vacuoles, thus set in tension. However, the negative electron is itself to be understood only as a dynamic overlay (over-tension) of the quasi-positive atomic vacuum (atomic nucleus!).

Electrons are units of force of the atom's uniformly positive-charged empty space. In the primordial days of creation, Vishnu's creative "universal love impulse" became so strong, i.e., over-dynamic, that it placed itself as a creative unity microcosmically in the macrocosm—its identity—wanting to build up and then manifested itself once more outside its essence in balancing equilibrium. In this way, it remained as a creative micro-vacuum in the binding units of the primordial atoms and was born as physical counter-polarity.

The unitary vibration was differentiated, bringing forth material "quasi-negativity" and "quasi-positivity," where in the binding the "negative activity" of the sucking energetic micro-vacuoles (atomic nuclei!) with their originally extensive force striving—was placed in balancing equilibrium with the absolutely material-eccentric (dissolving!) suction force of the primordial vacuum. Thus, the creation of the material and gross material world could begin. The "world-becoming" of matter began. A dynamic relaxation of macrocosmic empty spaces (force fields) loaded with energetic primordial atoms was the necessary prerequisite for this. This relaxation then occurred in the material substance, as already stated, always in balancing equilibrium with the absolutely attractive, sucking (drawing) forces of the vacuolar, negative primordial atoms.

Thus, the primordial force set "quasi-negatively" outside the vacuoles remained bound in its freely radiating striving to the central vacuum. The becoming of the material world took its course! By measure and number, the units of force—always in balancing equilibrium—were further condensed into the foundations of matter—the different atoms, which were then welded together in grand spatial arrangements—the "space lattices" known to empirical physics—into molecules, which ultimately shape the specific substances of the materialized world around us. The Indian esoteric teachings refer to this as the "exhalation of the world soul"—Atman (Brahman);—a world creation, a Manvantara comes into being!

Exhalation is equated with our dynamic concept of "relaxation" of the world-vacuole. After immense periods, we have reached the present creation period beyond the so-called "involution," which is visibly documented in the discovery of the planet Uranus, the significator of technology and electricity, by the astronomer Herschel in 1781—since then, the technical achievements of humanity have been growing tremendously, and the secret of radioactive substances was also revealed to us by Curie. Evolution has begun, the moment has already arrived when everything that has become material again radiates, or better said: returns to Atman, thus becoming energetic!

Thus, the creative principle Shiva-Vishnu (Atman, Brahman) inhales everything that has become material again. The matter is radiantly freed, the material world image disappears into the purely spiritual, only to be exhaled—recreated. Naturally, aeons may still pass until the dawn of that state of unity, which the Indian calls "Pralaya," and the Gnostic calls "Nunc stans." To this state of "absolute rest" and material world "non-existence," a new Manvantara soon follows! However, a new world creation does not necessarily have to be identical with the present one. Under changed dynamic conditions, it may yield a completely different appearance with unimaginable experiential possibilities for the then-living rational beings.

And now, a main factor of world dynamism comes into view!

The exhalation of Atman, i.e., the "setting outside of oneself" of the "primordial force principle," is analogous to the relaxation of the primordial atom force vacuoles and can only be conceived in its microcosmic "energy units," which are all enclosed in the cosmic macro-vacuole (all relevant aspects are evident from the previous explanations!).

However, this exhalation automatically causes, over an unimaginably long period, in all created relative microvacuoles, which we can equate with "absolute radiation, primordial atom, Shiva-Vishnu, Prana or Atman," the variable tension of all relative microvacuoles manifested in matter, and the so-called material environmental pressure also becomes variable as a result. The negative activities of bipolar material binding must then adapt in their tension to the changed vacuum suction of their central cores, i.e., they must release energy units—because the atomic unit appears disturbed in its dynamic equilibrium. Thus, these excess negative binding units are freed, and the energy substance becomes radioactive, energetically radiant. As a grand final apotheosis, let us be permitted to present the following image and bring the world dynamic, psycho-physical perpetual motion machine before the readers' eyes!

Atman exhales, creation begins,—the atomic structures are dynamically balanced with the surrounding (electron spheres) of the specific material vacuoles, thus set in their exact force measure. The universal force, marked by the symbol "exhalation," which can only be conceived as a unified constant magnitude, is effectively placed "outside" from microcosmic reference points. Then the time comes when what has become creation, due to the reoccurring "space vacuole tension overpressure," becomes radiantly free during the act of inhalation, better said: it radiates back into Atman, thus becoming energetic again!

This overpressure is easy to imagine in further elaborations. If we make constant world force act outwardly, force under-tension must occur within the created relative space vacuum boundaries. However, the tension of the electron forces in the atomic structures, set in balance for this purpose, maintains equilibrium only until the moment of reoccurring vacuum overpressure (inhalation). In the course of time of the emergence of the individual elements, they then become radiantly free again in their atoms, dynamically effective. And logically, this happens first with the most recently formed elements, for they have received the greatest electron tensions in their energetically most under-tensioned core vacuoles for the purpose of maintaining dynamic equilibrium. Once the deepest under-pressure is reached, figuratively speaking: once Atman has completely exhaled, the entire material world created from atomic structures due to the tension overpressure of their electrons—considering the environmental overpressure generated by this—must again adjust and energy becomes radiantly free. Thus, the entire material world dematerializes in a progressively expanding manner. Atman draws his material creation back into the space vacuum, which slowly stretches again with its uniform, energetic primordial atoms. He inhales!

In conclusion, the oldest elements with the least electron tension, hydrogen and helium, must therefore relax—become dynamic! This also aligns with empirical research, for in world creations from primal mists, "glowing hydrogen" (hermetic fire) has always been the first to be observed in the creation process. It should also be noted here that the wonderful insight of Hermes Trismegistus: "As above, so below!" also applies to the variable world vacuum tension. Analogous relationships always prevail in the core vacuoles of the Earth, atoms, cells, etc. All creative vacuum material empty spaces correspond with each other and build the material creation—"as above, so below"—in such a way that their forces keep the entire energy substance in dynamic equilibrium. Tension changes always adjust from the macrocosmic space vacuole to the microcosmic material empty spaces, atoms, etc., or better said: they always remain identical!

The radioactivity of the elements on our Earth has already begun (see radium), Atman visibly draws back the material world,—he inhales!

The space vacuole is recharged with the universal force released from the energy substance, which corresponds to an over-tension of the atomic structures. Matter relaxes (because it is over-tensioned), thus becoming radiant, and we therefore enter the epoch of the "radiant world dynamism"! From these insights, the dynamic future technology was born, and the mysterious Vril or space force of the ancient Atlanteans has been brought back to present-day humanity! Inexhaustible energies will soon be available to the human race as a result.

Ethical Prerequisites and "Radiant Humanity"

Now we come to the ethical significance of the previously explained Vril-space force problem.

Tremendous dangers threaten all of humanity today if the achievements of dynamic technology are misused! The cultural world of the legendary Atlanteans also perished, according to esoteric traditions, due to the misuse of "Vril force." "Radiant technology" requires "radiant humans" as a necessary prerequisite!

We emphasize this repeatedly in our proclamations to the public. What should we envision with the coming radiant humanity?

Vishnu-Shiva is bound universal-radiating-love and timeless creation; in short, it is constant evolution! The coming human race must become radiant in universal love to partake in the divine gift of the "radiant machine." The will to destruction must absolutely be overcome; therefore, we speak of "new human discipline" and "security organization"! God is inherently only creative love. The universal spirit eternally radiates bound in love! Only in this way is the great becoming of the world made possible.

Today, humans are deeply entrenched in selfishness, even when they believe they are giving "love" and "kindness." Don't they often ask themselves in such "love transactions" what "good" they will get in return? Even if they think nobly, they are at least tormented by the thought that "good" might be repaid with "bad"! This must change! Man should not be "good" and "loving" for personal gain; he should radiate "kindness" and "love" completely for the sake of these constructive ideas. When man radiates in this way, he will slowly become free and mature for the coming superhuman. But he should not think that such selfless giving bears no fruit! Glorious crowns will be woven for him in the realm of the spirit! The great "giver" becomes the gigantically "gifted"—the creatively blessed! Transcendental abilities will be his own.

If man, as a spiritual being, is entirely bound to matter, his earthly body, then he is like a joyless prisoner in a dark dungeon; blocks upon blocks tower around him, light and sun are rare guests. Therefore, he should first build himself an airy cage of bars; here too, his freedom is limited, but radiant daylight is at home with him!

So let him give light, radiate—so that his bodily structure can open to the cosmic energy flows—and transform the cells of the body;—let his earthly dwelling become wide. But let the prison made of stone blocks be destroyed!

For all material life is "frozen love," sings the great seer Hebbel in his wonderful poem "The Poet's Testament."

But spiritual life is radiant, loving embrace of all creation, it is creative fire! The outflowing into the universal soul, into the "Pleroma" allows man to rediscover himself as a "microcosm"—in the "macrocosm"! He is then everywhere—and yet nowhere when all boundaries have fallen! A bright "vision" will be granted to him. His knowledge will become "insight";—he will no longer enrich himself intellectually with abstractions from the sensory material world!

First, however, he must learn to be humble!

A path must be systematically followed so that a great goal can be reached! First, let the "act" of wanting to walk the path be set, then courageously advance! To train plastic thinking will be man's next beginning. He should learn to think "love" plastically in sacred contemplation, so he becomes a "magically loving" person. Now he climbs from step to step until he learns to radiate in the "Pleroma"—in the "fullness of love's tension."

This is his final goal!

But first, be more practically and earthly oriented! We are bound to matter and have to build here. The ethical side of the spiritual-world dynamism slowly comes into action. Radiation means liberation from the material!

If man wills himself to become the outwardly stepping "loving Atman," if he desires to set his will into action, then he prepares for himself a relaxed environmental pressure and freedom of creation, especially as his "body" (force-space) is evacuated—(materially loosened!)—to become a channel for the flow of cosmic primordial force and spiritually radiate love (space-force). He draws in vital electricity!

To the extent that he gives in this way, the unimaginable will be given back to him. This is precisely the mystery of the coming Uranian radiant man. Light and ever more ethereal will become the spirit's shell, his pseudo-material body. But he will transform into an absolutely positively creative spiritual force that can do what it wills and knows the truth of things.

The illusion of the senses is all around him; he alone, as a spiritual being, is the shaping force, the "master" of the dynamic universe—formed in solar systems and atomic structures!

The oldest esoteric wisdom knows the means and ways to unfold him into that radiant, creative god-man. If he walks these paths in faithful trust in his godly strength, he will be freed from material bindings!

"Action" alone can redeem us! Not sleepy dreaming and expecting help from the outside. If man helps himself, then God helps him; but God rests within him, he can find Him if he only searches properly!

Then a small flame is lit that illuminates his path. And he can only become a rewarding beacon himself, for wanting to "become divine" means striving to be like Him! Here, nothing can be given as a gift! Man must perform the action himself! And this great action is: "Radiating universal love."

If he finds the "universal spirit," then he will only see Him as "light,"—light without reservation—absolute radiating love!

"Action" stood over the gates of the temples of all mystery cults, and creative action must also become the "word." And the word of words is "universal love!"

Christ-Logos has creatively shaped this word for us, He has lived it! "For the Word became flesh!"

So let man also creatively unfold the Christ-Word within himself and become a doer, let the Logos radiate within him—so that he can radiate—"pure love—without attachment"!

Attachment is always evil, teaches the "Bhagavad Gita," as the "Bible" of the ancient Indians. Therefore, man should not be attached to anything, not even to the "action," then "Nirvana," the "being in the material-free radiance of Atman"—will become his blissful final home! But as such a bringer of love, he will be a "cross-bearer"! The "Ankh cross" has always been the symbol of absolute positive will. Let him bear this cross with pride, as it is the highest order of distinction, bestowed by the universal spirit itself!

Now the beginning is made with the action—because the time has come!

Paths and Goals

Since the cosmic primordial force should become the possession of the German people as soon as possible, it is necessary to find ways that enable the integration of dynamic technology.

From everything that has been said so far, it is clear that this is not a new "invention" in the conventional sense but rather a world-revolutionary matter that brings about the final mastery of nature by humans. If the Vril force falls into irresponsible hands, then something tremendous is at stake!

In the possession of a capitalist interest group, which would use the primordial force for its "financial strengthening," this mighty factor could become a curse for the whole community.

The utilization of the primordial force ushers in a completely new era for humanity and grants its rulers invincible power. This power cannot be handed over to existing economic organizations as long as there is no protection to prevent its misuse. State patents are not applicable here, for reasons that any insightful person must admit from the outset. Patents may well protect any invention in financial matters, but they do not guarantee the secrecy of technical constructions. The secret of the vital binder (coherer), which generates the specific "glowing magnetism" in the spheres, must remain absolutely safeguarded, and therefore the "primordial machine" can never be placed in irresponsible hands. As a weapon of war, the primordial force would cause unimaginable destruction. The existing powers still aim to examine every technical innovation for its usability in warfare. The primordial force should only serve the German people as a blessing! It creates possibilities for construction of an unprecedented kind and ensures a new future for the German people, free from all economic hardships and worries.

Economically and technically, the new force brings about a complete upheaval, a reevaluation of all values! There may hardly be a machine or technical apparatus whose effectiveness and efficiency will not be influenced or even rendered obsolete by the new technology. Large electrical power plants, complex turbine installations, and the like will become superfluous! The entire fuel supply, such as coal and oil extraction, will gradually become unnecessary. This naturally has consequences for the owners of these natural resources. The capitalist economy has no real interest in the rise of the primordial force, insofar as it is concerned with protecting its own economic power. Therefore, it cannot be expected that the primordial force will be welcomed by those in power, as it will inevitably result in a reorganization of existing power relations.

If the German people as a whole do not support our demands, the introduction of dynamic technology will likely be delayed for quite some time. We ourselves are not at all interested in whether the primordial machine is put into operation today or only in the coming decades, as long as its absolute protection is not guaranteed. A new Germany is about to emerge—with completely new economic and community structures! Responsible people must, however, prevent any misuse of the Vril force, otherwise, the worst can be expected.

In the future, dynamic technology will be able to produce electric locomotives and automobiles without expensive equipment and operate them anywhere by connecting them to the atmospheric voltage network. Since vital electricity can essentially be obtained for free, the entire economy can be electrified down to its last detail. This means that heating and lighting of homes will also only be done in this way. Telecommunications and television will also be transformed. The personal telephone, specifically tuned, will enable communication between people anytime they wish to speak to each other, regardless of where they are. The transmission of images and events of all kinds over any distance also appears to be guaranteed. The new telecommunication and televisiondevices can be taken anywhere and put into operation immediately. Socially and ethically, the new technology is likely to bring about fundamental changes throughout our entire population. In the future, the state will be able to reduce taxes and fees due to its new monopoly income and beyond that, guarantee every citizen housing, food, clothing, and adequate retirement provision. In return, the community will demand from every citizen those tasks that correspond to their profession and disposition in the new state.

Unemployment benefits will become unnecessary, as there will be work in abundance. Work will be elevated to the moral duty of every citizen, and those who do not work will have to bear the consequences themselves. Since work in mines will no longer be necessary, which prematurely wears out our workers, the primordial force will also bring about a humane and health-promoting change here.

The working person will increasingly be led to their true purpose of existence, to be a creator of culture, and the foundation for a higher ethic will be prepared. There is also no doubt that the new great ideas, from which dynamic technology was born, can significantly influence religion and jurisprudence. It must never be overlooked here that this is not a new physical energy, but actually the "psycho-physical primordial force," which in the coming days will be unsurpassable.

Politically and culturally, a new era is also beginning! It must be emphasized once again that there is absolutely no intention to forcibly integrate dynamic technology into the German state. The economic transformation of the German people should be carried out only through a well-considered dismantling of existing conditions and a gradual evolutionary integration of the new. We are always willing to work with all insightful factors and personalities of German economic life, but we can in no way back down from our ethical demands. The primordial force must serve the whole community and will never be handed over to any power group for exploitation! The possibility of decentralizing our domestic industry to a great extent again and making even small manufacturers and every craftsman competitive with large industry is always given, and thus the increasingly untenable problem of our industrial mega-cities with their culture-destroying effects can be solved.

The working population can be settled in healthy, village-like communities around the newly established plants. This will remove them from the wild daily hustle and the corrosive influence of class struggle, and family life on the native soil will be promoted in the most favorable sense. Centers of German art and culture can be established everywhere and permanently maintained with the resources gained through the new power.

The new era requires new people!

This has already been sufficiently emphasized. But these new people cannot be brought forth overnight. If that were the only issue, the possibilities for integrating dynamic technology would not be available for decades to come. However, since the German people can hardly wait that long, and our technology should actually be put into service for the public welfare tomorrow, an attempt is being made here to enlighten all those who are suffering under the current conditions and to prompt them to somehow take a stand on our proposals. A great mass will must first be established to create a basis for negotiations on which beneficial agreements can be made with the currently existing power groups.

These negotiations should then lead us to the goal as quickly as possible and bring about the legislative protection of the primordial machine! However, the state, as a community of people, holds the right to benefit from the primordial force! Thus, the state should be given all the means to escape from the distressing conditions as quickly as possible. The entire German people must now decide whether they want the blessings of the primordial force.

According to our previous statements, it is actually in the fundamental interest of the current state power to immediately pave all the ways that would lead the whole community to the goal as quickly as possible, and we emphasize once again that we are ready at any time to immediately engage with all competent authorities, provided the protection of the primordial machine is guaranteed. If this protection is there and guaranteed by law, then the integration of dynamic technology can begin immediately, and the primordial machine can be put into operation. In this regard, we have a fully developed integration program that can be presented immediately upon request.

The coming technology is also likely to be able to build that mighty bridge (Pontifex Maximus) between religion and science, which must lead to the final reconciliation of these two opposites. This dream of humanity, as an age-old striving of all insightful and creatively constructive people, can be realized in the near future! The "energetic God" will be visibly omnipresent on Earth with his blessings and will no longer represent a merely abstract concept of religious dogma. Vital electricity as life energy will also initiate a new era in human development in terms of health. What the ancient Romans symbolically understood by their "Penates" (benevolent household spirits) becomes tangible to us in the form of the primordial force elements! The psychic component of Vril—as a vital-creative function—guarantees the inevitable initiation of a new ethic and morality.

"God" wants to initiate the "completion in spirit" with his human sons in all his power and glory—as "primordial force." Thus, what was foretold to us many centuries ago will be fulfilled, that "when heaven and earth kiss (touch!), the kingdom of God will be born on earth!"—This mysterious prophecy has already been realized by dynamic technology, as macrocosmic dynamic effects appear microcosmically in our dynamic elements!

Prevailing economic grievances are violently driving towards catastrophe! The need is on the rise, and no time should be wasted in immediately banishing the specter of impending collapse!

It must be clear to every insightful German that our efforts must be taken completely seriously, and we are not aiming to personally profit from our discovery. But we make no monetary demands; on the contrary, we fundamentally reject any offer "for industrial exploitation" of the primordial force and offer our discovery as a gift to the German people! No more selflessness can be demanded. We are concerned with bringing the Vril back to humanity as a blessing for the entire world and making it serve them.
